The Crisis City Headquarters is centrally located within sight of all Crisis City venues. The building has:

• A command tower with a 300-degree view of all of Crisis City, allowing observers/controllers and incident commanders to control operations on all of the venues, while maintaining line-of-site contact with their personnel
