The NA Cloud & Infrastructure organization is focused on creating a destination location for professionals in the tech industry interested in pursuing a career in sales, pre-sales engineering, consulting and operations for technology solutions including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, converged database, and Engineered Systems. All the individual moments of an employee’s experience play a role in how a worker feels about an employer’s purpose, brand, and culture. These feelings directly affect employee retention, engagement, performance, and development.
The Culture & Engagement team plans, designs, and executes employee programs to support the employee journey from pre-employment to exit, including career growth, wellness, and engagement. The role will partner with other teams within Oracle (Human Resources, Organization & Talent Development, D&I, and regional leaders) to maximize impact. A big part of the employee journey experience is around engagement and recognition.
