The Culture & Engagement team is responsible for planning, designing, and executing employee programs to support the entire employee journey, from pre-employment to post-employment. The team focuses on career growth, wellness, and engagement. The role involves collaborating with other teams within Oracle, such as Recruiting, Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, Human Resources, D&I, Organization & Talent Development (OTD), and Oracle Sales & Partner Academy (OSPA), to enhance the impact of the programs. The Employee Journey Experience begins with our reputation and ability to attract candidates in the early stages of employment.
