This role will need your enthusiasm and detail orientation as you process account tickets, orders, reports, mailing, and assist with culture events for the department. What you’ll do:
- Assist with managing inboxes and communications
- Processing overdue tickets in the account coordinator queue
- Submit print orders
- Submit print and web requests
- Organize/distribute print samples to account managers
- Send proofs to advisors
- Assist with coordinating team outings and culture events
- Assist account managers with weekly project cleanup
- Assist account managers with scheduling calls and calendar invites
- Mail out client facing materials
