A successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing IT job titles, description, requirements and related data. The ideal candidate will be a strong understanding of HR and IT principles, as well as the ability to identify trends and pattens.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile IT job data from a variety of sources.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns with attention to compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports of data results for IT leadership discussion.
- Organize and manage documentation using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with HR and IT representatives.
